Rules

1. The pool is open to everyone who wants to enter. A contestant may add several subscriptions, at the cost of $20 each or 2 for $30

2. The subscription should be posted before April 11th 2012.

The organizers take no responsabilities in the event of loss mail, the time of delivery or insufficient stamping.

3. This hockey pool is for the 2012 Playoff only.

4. Ranking is determined by the most points (goals & passes)

5. In the event of a tie of 2 or more participants at the end of the month, or at the end of the season, the tie break will be made in the following ways:
a) The most goals
b) If a tie persists, the committee will make the decision between a supervised draw or by dividing the prize.

6. If a player is wounded, transfer over to the minors or is fired, no compensation will be made.

7. The newspaper will publish the list of NHL players every tuesday.

8. A total of $8000 can be won. Winners will receive a check by mail.

9. While taking part in the contest, winners accept that we use their name and their photograph without any compensation.

10. Any decisions from the judges are final.

Prizes at the end of each month
An amount of 10$ will be given to the 50th, 100th, 150th, …placed participant.

Prize amounts of $50, $30 and $20 will be given each week with the participants having accumulated the most points.

If stamped after April 11, 2012 the subscription will be refused.

Subscriptions must be posted at the latest on april 11, 2012.

The results will be published each Friday in l’Acadie NOUVELLE. The cost for subscription is $20 each or 2 for $30 and the check must be made at the order of the Val D’Amours Firefighters and posted before April 11,2012.

Statistics are based on the official NHL statistics. It happens sometimes that the league corrects itself a few days after a game. These changes will be reflected on poolexpert in the same week.
